1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website (glennscardetailing.com.au), requesting a quote, or booking a mobile detailing service with Glenn's Mobile Car Detailing, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Mobile Service Requirements

To perform mobile detailing at your home or workplace across Melbourne, we require:

• A safe, legal parking area with adequate clearance around your vehicle to operate detailing equipment.
• Reasonable access to a standard domestic power outlet and outdoor water tap.
• Removal of personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle interior prior to our arrival.

3. Quotations & Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to GST where indicated. Quotes provided online or over the phone are based on the vehicle type and condition described. If a vehicle requires significant extra labor (such as heavy pet hair, severe mould, biohazard, or excessive mud/concrete build-up), we will clearly discuss and confirm any additional fee before starting work.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand plans change. We request at least 24 hours notice for booking cancellations or rescheduling. In the event of severe weather (heavy rain, extreme heat, severe storms), we will contact you to reschedule your appointment at no extra charge.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion and inspection of the vehicle detailing service. We accept bank transfer, PayID, cash, card payments, and approved payment methods. Tax invoices and receipts are issued upon payment.
