What do I need to provide for a mobile detail?
We generally require access to a standard outdoor tap and a power point. A safe parking area such as a driveway is ideal so we can work efficiently.
How often should I have my car professionally detailed?
For most vehicles, we recommend a professional detail every 3 to 6 months. Family vehicles, work vehicles and cars driven daily may benefit from more frequent detailing.
How long does a full car detail take?
Most full details take between 3 and 5 hours depending on the vehicle's size, condition and the services selected. Paint correction, ceramic coating and mould treatments can take longer.
Do you steam clean seats and carpets?
Yes. Steam cleaning is included with our deep interior detailing where appropriate. It helps lift embedded dirt, sanitise surfaces and refresh upholstery while using minimal moisture.
Can you remove stains and pet hair?
Yes. We treat many common stains and remove pet hair from seats, carpets and the boot area. Heavily embedded pet hair may require extra time, which will be discussed before work begins.
What's the difference between paint correction and ceramic coating?
Paint correction removes or reduces swirl marks, oxidation and light scratches. Ceramic coating is a protective layer applied after paint preparation to preserve the finish and make future maintenance easier.
Can you remove mould from my vehicle?
Yes. We provide professional mould removal using steam cleaning, enzyme treatment, extraction techniques and sanitisation. We also recommend ozone treatment where appropriate and advise on preventing mould from returning.
